From a young age Laurel displayed a gift from her Creator: the ability to see His creation in fine detail.

 

Growing up as a Montana girl, where the details of creation that you see on a daily basis are cattle, horses, and the guys and girls who work with them for a living, has been Laurel's greatest inspiration. 

 

Putting all those details into a work of art that displays the western lifestyle is where her gift truly comes alive. She particularly loves capturing action, whether it's the athleticism of a great cowhorse or the skill of a great roper.
